| | 1. | All games will start at 6:15pm. |

 | 2. | No new inning shall begin one (1) hour and fifteen (15) minutes after game start. Absolute curfew is one (1) hour and thirty (30) minutes after game start time. |

| | 3. | The base distance for T-Ball will be fifty-five (55) feet with the pitcher’s mound in line with first and third base known as the playing line. |
| | | |
| | 4. | Each team shall have a starting line up of not less than seven (7) players to constitute a legal game. In the event that neither team can field seven (7) players, a loss shall be assessed to both teams. |
| | | |
| | 5. | All games will be played within the game time limit to a maximum of 5 innings. |
| | | |
| | 6. | No warm-ups will be allowed between innings. |
| | | |
| | 7. | The infield will consist of a catcher, pitcher, first, second, and third basemen and a shortstop. One additional shortstop is allowed between first and second base. All other players must be spread out in the outfield. All players bat and all players must play infield and outfield positions at least once during each game. Each team shall have the same number of players bat in the inning. Only one player from the offensive team is allowed in the on-deck circle at one time. Players must not play more than two consecutive innings in a row in the outfield and must have equal opportunity to play in all positions throughout each game and the season. |

| | 8. | Two (2) coaches, who must be in uniform, will be allowed in the outfield area during all regular season games. Coaches must not interfere with play or delay the play. No coaches will be allowed in the field area during playoff games. |

| | 9. | Umpires will start the game by placing the ball on the batting tee and calling “play” once the defensive team has taken their positions. |
| | | |
| | 10. | The batter becomes a base runner when he or she hits the ball hard enough to cross the imaginary playing line (line between first and third base). The umpire, at his/her discretion will call “dead ball” if he or she feels the batted ball wasn’t hard enough to cross the playing line. If the umpire deems the player not strong enough to hit the ball over the line, he/she may allow the hit. |

| | 11. | There are no strike outs in T-Ball. Each player shall have the chance to hit the ball at every at bat. |

| | 12. | The umpire must be informed by the coach when the last batter comes to bat. He/she will then loudly and clearly announce “last batter” to the defensive team. Failure of the coach to do so will result in a replay. All players with last batter status, including runners on base when the last batter is up, are forced out at home plate. No play may be made on the base paths of the bases. The ball must be thrown over the playing line at least once on its way to the catcher. Home plate must be touched by only the catcher with the ball in his/her possession. The catcher Must be wearing his/her protective equipment. Only the pitcher is allowed to assist in the home plate area. There are no lead offs in T-Ball. If a runner is off his/her base when the batter hits the ball off the tee, the runner is called out. |

| | 13. | Only ASMBA supplied batting tees can be used in games. The pitcher must wear a helmet or a combination helmet/facemask approved by the Convenor or designate prior to the game in which it is used. |

| | 14. | All players will advance one (1) base on balls thrown out of play, except for runners on third base who must be batted safely home. |
| | | |
| | 15. | When the defensive team has control of the ball anywhere in the infield and, in the judgment of the umpire, there is no attempt to make a play on any base runners, time will be called. In this judgment, the base runners will be held to the last base he/she occupied or may be awarded one base if he/she was approaching the base when time was called. This is at the umpire’s discretion. |
