No new inning shall begin one (1) hour and forty-five (45) minutes after game start. Absolute curfew is two (2) hours after game start time. The umpire will announce the time of the first pitch which will be treated as the official start time.

The base distance for Peewee will be seventy-five (75) feet with the pitching distance is fifty (50) feet.

Each team shall have a starting line up of not less than seven (7) players to constitute a legal game. In the event that neither team can field seven (7) players, a loss shall be assessed to both teams. Any player arriving late shall be placed at the bottom of the batting order. The player will be allowed to play in the game no matter what inning it is.

Four (4) complete innings or game curfew will constitute a legal game. All games will be played within the game time limit to a maximum of 7 innings.

During the regular season, each pitcher will be allowed one appearance for three (3) consecutive innings only. An appearance is defined as one or more pitches in a particular inning. During playoffs, pitchers will be allowed to pitch one appearance for four (4) consecutive innings. It is up to the team to have a scorekeeper to monitor innings or appearances. Innings must be pitched consecutive, once a pitcher is pulled, he/she cannot re-enter as a pitcher.

Whenever possible, a Minor Peewee player must pitch for at least two (2) innings in each regular season game.
8.
The manager/coach is allowed to make unlimited trips to the mound to talk to his/her pitcher.
9.
Balks will be called and umpires will explain the balk to the pitcher on the first call. Each player will be given on warning per game.
10.
A mercy rule will be in effect for the first two innings of regular season games only of a maximum of seven (7) runs. No mercy rule is in effect during playoffs.
